The Salazar Center is thrilled to announce a partnership with City Parks Alliance through which an exclusive, curated selection of webinars from the Alliance’s 2021 Summer Series will be made available to the 15 Challenge finalist teams. This Summer Series content aligns with the Challenge’s focus on climate resilience, racial equity, and green space in urban environments, and uniquely complements resources provided by the Center to finalist teams this summer, including funding, capacity-building workshops, and mentorship and networking opportunities.
The Center is grateful to City Parks Alliance for supporting the Thriving Cities Challenge and for helping make their excellent content accessible to Challenge finalist teams, many of which include grassroots and community-based organizations.
